The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delightful with fruit and pastries and meats/cheeses and the restaurant food was good. The rooms were absolutely perfect and individual, on upper floors. The setting was great, just off the flight path to the PDL airport as well as the airport runway.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the town center. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for my visit to the Azores. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a waterfall shower. I had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse and would highly recommend it.

The value for our money was exceptional at A-Tipica Guesthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the sites in the area. Leo and Ni, the hosts, were incredibly attentive and provided us with personalized recommendations for dining and activities on the island. a highly recommended stay.

The entire house is very nice, and the breakfast is great! Plus, the host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He picked me up at the airport, showed me around the city, and even dropped me off at a recommended restaurant. The location is also very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to the city center.

The guest house only has one shared bathroom, so it can get quite busy in the mornings. there was a slight natural mold smell that might bother those with allergies.
